Isotec/Executone Telephone Systems
The IDS Integrated Operator Terminal provides information to the attendant so they can effectively distribute calls.  The CRT Console provides a complete picture of what is taking place on your phone system.  It provides useful facts about key information that will enable the attendant to process calls quickly and more effectively.

CRT Console Benefits:

  • Quickly shows the status of all your extensions on the system to the attendant-such as: in/out, Do Not Disturb, forward to voicemail, busy, idle, or ringing.
  • Allows the attendant to monitor the system status on a "real time" basis
  • Shows which calls have been transferred or "holding orbit", and reminds the attendant that calls are still their responsibility
  • Pending calls, new calls, and calls that have not been answered and are recalling for further attention and calls transferred to the attendant
  • Active call to the attendant is displayed.  When there is no call connected to the attendant, the display shows the word "idle".
  • Day of week, date, and time displayed
